Francois Beaubien is a graduate engineer in electrical engineering and has over 30 years of experience in engineering, IT, and technology.

He has expertise in electronics, embedded systems, the Internet of Things, software development, ERP (SAP), IT/OT integration, automated business processes, artificial intelligence, manufacturing systems, and industry 4.0 as well as in IT and technology project management.

As an entrepreneur who started 3 companies including Matricis Informatique, which was acquired by Alithya in 2019, Mr. Beaubien has worked in the manufacturing, industrial, transportation, health, professional services, and research and development environments.

With a Master’s degree in e-business project management from Lille 1 University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Mira has more than 15 years of experience between France, Lebanon and Canada. She has acquired over 10 years of expertise in coordination, project management and customer relations in various sectors: e-commerce, telecom, real estate and fintech both locally and internationally.

As a Project Manager and Business Analyst, Mira manages IT projects and participates in the analysis for technology development.

She is passionate about IT, Operations, Management, Analytics and Marketing and holds Certifications in: Internet Webmaster, Google Analytics, Google Ads Search and Inbound Marketing.

With a degree in software engineering, Alex is responsible for the IT architecture behind Will Solutions’ platforms. Specializing in systems and data integration, his career path has led him to work in a wide range of sectors. From finance to security, through public health and construction, to finally landing in the environmental field at Will Solutions.

Graduated as a computer engineer at UTBM, and currently a Ph.D. student on the theme of Digital Transformation at ETS, Steve is passionate about computers, and this since his childhood. After having created his own IT solutions company for which he worked for more than 10 years, he now works for Will as an IT Solutions Architect. Technology, innovation and R&D form the basis of his professional glossary. His greatest quality is curiosity, and he likes to touch everything, from computers to music, physics and the environment.

Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Automated Production and Systems Integration from ETS Montreal, Salem is advancing his expertise through PhD studies in Digital Transformation.

His expertise spans IT Solutions Integration consultancy in telecommunications sector, notable contributions to Industry 4.0 audit, and spearheading digital transformation strategies, with a specialization in MES integration and administration, and a profound understanding of process automation and optimization in the manufacturing sector. Salem’s blend of technical innovation and strategic thinking fuels both his professional and personal pursuits.
