2. Products available

  • Carbon credits: Each carbon credit purchased corresponds to one (1) tonne of greenhouse gas reduced by a Verra verified carbon project from the Communauté Durable du Québec (VM0018).
  • Corporate carbon footprints: Services for analyzing and measuring corporate greenhouse gas emissions.

The purchase of carbon credits confers on the buyer full, complete and exclusive ownership of the credits purchased. The buyer may disclose and promote its commitment to the climate in its personal or communication activities.

3. Orders and carbon offset certificates

When purchasing carbon credits, the purchaser may request a carbon offset certificate by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

  • The e-mail must specify the buyer’s name to be entered on the certificate.
  • Once the certificate has been issued, it cannot be reissued.

4. Refund policy

The purchase of carbon credits is non-refundable. This policy is intended to prevent greenwashing and abusive carbon offset claims.
However, if Will Solutions is exceptionally unable to deliver the carbon credits ordered, a refund may be made.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

  • Ownership of content: Solutions Will inc. is the exclusive owner of all content, text, images, data and intellectual property associated with the https://solutionswill.com/en/ website.

  • Ownership of projects and methodologies: Solutions Will inc. is the custodian of the VM0018 methodology and the sole operator of the Quebec Sustainable Community (VCS-929) and Ontario Sustainable Community (VCS-3004) projects.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited and liable to prosecution.

6. Data protection

To learn more about the collection and use of your data, please consult our privacy policy and our cookies policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Will Solutions inc. cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to the use of its products, services or information, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Jurisdiction and disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be subject to the laws in force in the province of Quebec, Canada, and shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts of that province.

9. Prices and taxes

All prices displayed on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. Any additional taxes or fees will be specified during the order process.

10. Terms of payment

Payment for orders is made via secure means, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Will Solutions uses recognized security protocols to protect your financial information.

11. Delivery of digital services

Purchased carbon credits are issued in digital form and associated with the corresponding verified carbon project. Carbon balances are delivered in the form of customized reports and sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering, within approximately 3 business weeks, from the time the customer submits the information in full to the Will Solutions teams.

12. Buyer’s obligations

The purchaser undertakes to provide accurate and complete information at the time of ordering, in particular for the issue of carbon offset certificates. Will Solutions shall not be held liable for any errors due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

13. Force majeure

Will Solutions cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to meet its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, including in particular natural disasters, technical breakdowns, cyber attacks or any event beyond its reasonable control.

14. Modification of T&Cs

Will Solutions inc. reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. New versions will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
